Tecton Corporation is a US-based exploration company with a Swiss management team focused on the acquisition and development of a high-quality portfolio of uranium properties. Tecton's corporate strategy is to acquire advanced-stage uranium properties that are either past producers, have been the subject of prior work programs and/or contain historic resources. Additionally, Tecton will acquire selective early-stage properties should they possess significant geologic merit. Tecton has a proven track record of acquiring projects that meet these criteria as evidenced by our present portfolio. Our geographic focus is the United States and Canada, where we have acquired uranium properties in Wyoming and Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin.
Tecton is led by a team with a broad range of experience in exploration, mining finance and corporate development. We are well-funded and expect an attractive valuation of our share price. Currently, Tecton is in the process of getting listed on the Nasdaq OTC BB and in Frankfurt.
The management team
The management team is comprised of an experienced team of exploration geologists and finance professionals with a proven track record. Just recently, the same team successfully listed and funded the company Hemis Corporation.
Dr. Norman Meier, the president, and Bruno Weiss, CFO of the company, both Swiss nationals with an international network of contacts to the financial industry, have access to new projects worldwide and have put together a team of geologists, legal counsels, financial insitutions both in Europe and North America and marketing professionals. Their current support team involves over 30 people who are involved with the company.
Dr. Douglas Oliver is a geologist with over thirty years of experience. He has worked for many international mining companies and has discovered the gold property El Tigre in Sonora, Mexico for Hemis Corporation.
Project overview
The company has currently two projects:
1. Saskatechwan Syndicate in the Athabasca Basin in Canada
2. Ace of Spades in Canada
The company is also in negotitation to acquire over 700,000 acres in Labrador, Canada and is currently looking at properties in Patagonia, Argentina.
